A new owner had just taken over a wedding venue in Yorkshire and needed to increase their visibility and enquiries amongst a lot of competition in the area. 

The venue already had a downloadable brochure on the website which we used as a mechanism to capture couples names and email addresses. These contact details were then put into a database and emailed regularly and nurtured through to sale.

We took the problem that her customers most often come to her with and offered a 5 easy fix free download. This gave them a taste of her knowledge and the follow up email nurture sequence encouraged them into her free Facebook Group and told them about her membership programme.

The wedding venue owner had never owned a venue like this one before, its castle ruins and had no idea what type of couples it would attract. I set up a broad audience which would educate the pixel on the type of person who would like to get married in a venue like this. After the campaign had gone through the learning phase we narrowed the audience down based on this type of person to optimise the ads and attract more of the right kind of customer.
